We at “Peppy Palette” are committed to delivering best experience to our customers with respect to cancellations/refunds/returns/exchanges.
To help you further, our policy details are enlisted below-

Cancellation Policy:
– If cancellation is initiated before product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount i.e. Product cost plus shipping cost.
– If cancellation is initiated after product is shipped, it will be eligible for replacement as per our exchage policy. Please refer to our “Exchange Policy” below.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We understand that you may occasionally wish to Return/Exchange your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

  1. Product is eligible for return if received in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery. In such cases, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.
  2. Product is eligible for exchange if-
    a. there is any size issue or Manufacturing defect.
    b. any issue/damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
    c. product tag is intact on the garment along with the original packaging.
    d. product is couriered back within 4 days of delivery. Exchange will not be accepted after that.

After delivery, products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if-

  1. it exhibits physical damage.
  2. it is returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product at the time of delivery.
